Newbie to using CPAN so have mercy on me...  :-)

I am trying to install a module for  Amphetadesk and get the following 
error(s):

I redownloades packages and modlist files, but still no luck. I have no idea 
what "load CPAN::Modulelist" would mean... 

Any suggestions?
