Is there some other method - a way to tell the cpan command "I know that your downloaded module lists will show newer versions, but pretend that these versions are the latest for these modules"? I like to feed the same long module list to cpan a second time and see that everything is already installed properly but that doesn't work with the method above, it always installs it again even if already installed.
