Bad day for me to do much opining on stuff, but I didn't want to warnock you. I'd be up for scheduling an IRC chat about evolution of all this stuff and see if we can agree on an architecture and current blockers and then start building out the pieces of it. I'll look into hacking CPAN::Reporter into some separate modules, but I won't have a chance to tackle any of it for probably a week or so. David
