mod_perl
I specifically don't exclude Apache-*, only mod_perl. Of course,
excluding mod_perl means that most of Apache-* will have missing
dependencies, but you're right, some of it will work.
Because the test suite is bloody irritating and breaks my console:

TBH, I don't think there's anything that you should exclude by default.
