Hi, I have been monitoring my CPAN smokers and observed that your module ships with an old broken version of Module::AutoInstall.
All my smokers are based on CPANPLUS and this broken version of M::AI doesn't realise that it is running under CPANPLUS and tries to spawn CPAN which is not configured on my smokers. This ends up with an hour spin-loop of CPAN trying to configure itself under an automated environment which leads to failure. Could you please update Module::Install to the latest version on CPAN ( which is 0.74, if I remember correctly ).
