I hope it isn't seen as too impolite to not create a new thread here for a
small question but I am running CPAN::Reporter::Smoker here and this is new
setup and I've not done this before. Is it possible for me to set the edit
report before sending flag default to yes (as it is when I've running
CPAN::Reporter) so I can see the reports before sending them until I gain
confidence that the smoker is doing the right thing? I was rather hoping to
do this rather than change the transport to file and bulk send later. The
smoker is running in a terminal I can monitor until I have more confidence.

If you set the "edit_report" config to "default:yes" then you'll
always get a chance to review in your editor. Note -- you can't say
"ask/yes" because "ask" is ignored when smoking as EU::MM prompt uses
default values.

There's a wishlist item in the CPAN::Reporter RT queue to change that
so that so that "ask" always asks, regardless of EU::MM default prompt
behavior. I can see it either way.

Thanks, that did the trick.
