Hi,

It isn't from Test::Warn because the tests for that would skipped because a 
previous PASS graded report
had been sent for that module.

As to why we don't see the output of 'Build test', this is at least the third 
email I've seen this week
regarding this. 

My best guess now is that CPANPLUS::Dist::Build is not returning the salient 
information back to CPANPLUS
in order to produce the error stack.

As to why this is happening a lot more, I've got around to 'fixing' a lot of my 
smokers that got 'broken'
by Module::Build::Compat and its passthrough Makefile.PL, which installed 
Module::Build on a lot of my
smokers without installing CPANPLUS::Dist::Build.

As to how we solve this issue, I'm copying Jos Boumans into the loop to see if 
he has any ideas.
