Hi. This is not CPANPLUS problem it is bug in CPANPLUS::Dist::YACSmoke or CPANPLUS::Dist::YACSmoke/CPANPLUS interaction problem. CPANPLUS::Dist::YACSmoke has a list of distributions to exclude and is excluding them as prereqs also.
