The code in the reports code looks at both the find-ls.gz file AND what
has recently been posted by PAUSE. Due to the latency between updates
the find-ls.gz doesn't necessarily know what's current. When I have a
bit of time I'll add that to the generator code. 

Any test reports posted can then be marked either as experimental or
ignored that are for distributions that have yet to be uploaded to CPAN.
