Hi,
Is it now the case that the *only* way for a module to generate a 'FAIL'
report is for one or more tests to fail during the 'make test' stage ?
If a build procedure gets aborted during either the 'perl Makefile.PL' or
'make' stage (for whatever reason) does that now result in an 'UNKNOWN' ?
... or are there some 'ifs and buts' by which a 'FAIL' can still be reported
for 'perl Makefile.PL' and/or 'make' failures ?
Is there a "ready reckoner" somewhere for module authors, where this is all
spelled out ? ... something that will document, clearly and concisely, the
conditions under which 'NA', 'UNKNOWN', 'PASS' and 'FAIL' reports are
dispensed ?
Cheers,
Rob
