I find more and more of those. This time I dug a bit deeper and found
on the NNTP server this header:

  [...]
  Date: Sun, 11 Jan 2009 07:06:14 +0000
  Subject: FAIL POE-Component-SmokeBox-Dists-0.08
   darwin-thread-multi-64int-2level 8.11.0
  To: [email protected]
  [...]

So the posting seems correct. It must be the code that produces the
HTML pages from the mails. See
http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/2009/01/msg3044729.html where
you'll find

  FAIL POE-Component-SmokeBox-Dists-0.08darwin-thread-multi-64int-2level 8.11.0
  From: bingos
  Date: January 10, 2009 23:06
  Subject: FAIL
POE-Component-SmokeBox-Dists-0.08darwin-thread-multi-64int-2level 8.11.0

So somebody folds the continuation line of the SMTP header incorrectly.

I still can't find out who is it.
