CPAN::Reporter::Smoker::Safer v0.01 is on its way -- comments (doc,
code review {e.g. the way i get the test report count seems ugly},
etc) welcome.For the moment, to count as "trusted", the default on minimum days on cpan is 14, and minimum number of existing reports is 10 ... I'm not really sure what's "best" for those. One issue is that looking up the reports for a distro can be time consuming. Another is what to do if a distro doesn't have an upload date, or the reports can't be fetched? --david
