funet started mirroring again at about noon GMT. I don't know what
went wrong but it seems we're back to normality.
Yes, Jarkko mentioned he was having trouble with funet today. He did say
a while ago that the number of frequent, direct CPAN rsyncers is
bringing the machine down with increasing regularity which is why he
wants to move to a two-tier rsync hierarchy.
