There are at least a couple. In the past they have been "hidden" as the
pauseid associated as maintainer has taken precedence, but it has
happened. Unfortunately I can't remember which distros it affected.

Did my mail about this miss the list? I maintain the uploads database,
which contains the mapping, including the current state of 'backpan'
(only on BACKPAN), 'cpan' (available publicly via CPAN mirrors), or
'upload' (uploaded to PAUSE, but not currently mirrored).
