Shouldn't break anything, but please use with caution. This has support for 'distfile' and some other minor changes. distfile will be used at some point soon by CPAN::Reporter as part of the path towards migration to the Metabase. (I'll test using CPAN::Reporter before baking everything into a new CPAN::Testers::Client)
