mx.perl.org handles all @perl.org traffic -- like [email protected]. So by implication, they're open to any such inbound SMTP traffic. More practically, they've said that the volume of CPAN Testers reports is stressing their system (spam filters in particular), which is why CPAN Testers "2.0" is targeting a web service to receive, store and search reports. - David
