That's a technical issue more than anything, and can be fixed.
I could help on the originally site, for small updates like these.
That kind of updates would be very helpful to advocate Perl.
I agree with you but unfortunately I don't have the technical
or social tools to reach the source of lists.perl.org site.
I was going to make the changes (or rather, propose the changes to
Robert), but to be honest the wiki page is still a bit of a mess, or at
least, the above mailing_lists_1 link isn't a suitable Table of Contents
type page.
I think the p5 wiki is the best place for this info, but it needs a
better front end before the redirection is set up.
Copying to the wiki was the second best I could think of.
I think it's better than any of the alternatives.
