That's all down to me. I hand edit the data file to map addresses to
names. When I have time I search the list of unmapped addresses and
search various sources to find the real identity. Every so often I send
out a mail asking for people to let me know their real identity, or I
use the 01mailrc.txt file, various whois databases and Google. 

There is some automation to help, but largely it's just me :)
