Please take a look and let me know what you think and where you might be able to help. The hardest part was cutting out all of the cool stuff we *could* do to find the minimum we need to do. So please keep that in mind as you read through it. I'm not necessarily trying to find the *best* way to do things, but rather the way that is most likely to succeed in the time we have. One thing I haven't put on the plan but that would help is some peer code review -- probably late in January. So even if you don't have the bandwidth for other tasks, trying to make sense of the code as it comes together would be a big help.
