Since there is actual documentation at perldoc perlplan9 and
http://perldoc.perl.org/perlplan9.html, somebody did it at one point.

Actually, it'd be worth trying to build a recent version and see what
happens.  I was thinking of starting a VM up with plan9 in it and trying
it, but it sounds like you have more tuits.

The problem would be that you'd have to do a static rebuild with any XS
modules that would be required, if you got Perl to build at all - Plan9
perl does not have dynamic loading, it looks like.
