Hi folks, A few people seem to have removed their throttling of test reports submissions via SMTP. We're currently seeing over 10k reports a day, & really need to keep it below 5k to avoid overloading the perl.org servers.
So can you please try and reduce your current SMTP submissions by half please, thanks.
