On my G4 Cube, with 10.4.something: $ locate dlfcn.h /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.3.9.sdk/usr/include/dlfcn.h /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk/usr/include/dlfcn.h so I'm rather surprised that you can't find it.
