When will directions for using the new service be available. The wiki page at
http://wiki.cpantesters.org/wiki/QuickStart says to install CPAN::Reporter and then do o conf init test_report in the cpan shell. That went ahead and tried to set up the email stuff as usual which doesn't seem correct. I was expecting the new capability to be able to use HTTP to send reports without users configuring a local email. That was always the sticking point for me to use the CPAN::Reporter before since I was unable to sort out the various transport issues to work around my ISP mail server issues...
