Latest Update:

The server is now back online. It appears the server was rebooted at
3:34 (EST) so the database is not too far behind. However, having
shutdown a lot of services to prepare for the downtime, I now need to
restart them. It may take the rest of the day for server to ramp back
up, so please be patient.

I have no idea why it wasn't visible to the outside world, though it
appears I was given the KVM access incorrectly.

All services will resume shortly.
