David, this looks to be a problem with the search feature of the
metabase, as previously highlighted. The Metabase is returning guids
older than those requested for. As such, I wonder whether these missing
reports are being replaced by the older reports.

Trying to run a catchup seems to return the same list of reports, so
may be the index is not getting updated correctly?

If you can find the previous mail with the script I used to pull
reports, you should be able to see which reports are getting sent back
incorrectly. I don't have it to hand right now, but can resend if
necessary.
