Oh - and there's my report for the x64 ActivePerl there, too:

Both of them show up as 'NA' rather than 'FAIL' - both involve ActivePerl
and MinGW64, and both are from a machine running an AMD64 processor.
Interestingly enough, with my x64 build of 5.12.2 that I built myself using
the MinGW64 compiler (on the same machine), all CPAN::Reporter 1.1801 tests
pass ... wonder what's going on.
