I have been wondering if Jeroen's CPANPLUS indexes and build directories
are getting out of sync.

The way I run smoke runs is to start with a fresh reindex and a clean
build directory. Do the smoke run, then clear the build directory.

Whilst in a smoke run CPANPLUS::YACSmoke will be saving the state of the
build directory into the indexes.

I use various scripts from https://github.com/bingos/cpan-smoke-tools
for managing my smokers. The main one being 'rotate.pl' that generates
a shell script to setup the environment, execute a smoke run and then
clean-up afterwards for many, many perls.

Cheers,
