What a great title for a book ;) My goal behind the creation of the wiki [1] was to provide a comprehensive guide to CPAN Testings, including any specific knowledge for particular platforms. Windows is perhaps the obvious OS that has problems for testers, but there are others. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years this has become slightly fragmented and in parts obsoleted by the introduction of CPAN Testers 2.0 and the Metabase. I'm hoping to address that this year, and if others would like to pitch in, please feel welcome to do so. As a consequence of this thread, and the ideas from my recent post about promoting CPAN Testers [2,3], I'm also going to look at writing some articles about CPAN Testers. One I that I think would be interesting and useful relating to this discussion is why Windows doesn't get as much testing coverage as other OSes. On a related note if anyone would like to write an article for inclusion on the CPAN Testers blog or wiki, please feel free to submit them. If you post an article on your own blog, please let me know the link and I'll promote it on the blog too.
