After several false starts and permissions problems the CPAN Testers fast mirror now looks to be fully functional again, with HTTP, FTP and rsync access.
The databases were reloaded, but after the initial checks I discovered several discrepancies that have crept in over the years. As such I'm currently running through the all the databases, reverifying the links between tables and databases. This unfortunately may take some time. Once the databases are in a known state, I shall start switching back on additional functionality, such as the uploads, releases and metabase feeds. I had hoped to start getting the websites back online by the weekend, but I want to wait until I have the databases all sync'ed before I do that. Hopefully I will have more positive news next week.
