This is likely the cause of any problems. I haven't installed the latest
version of FF, so any issues will not get addressed until I do. There
are far more higher priority tasks I need to deal with than testing with
a later version of FF that isn't backwards compatible.

This works on FF3.6, IE and Opera, and I've not had anyone raise issues
with Safari, or other browsers. 

The javascript will be overhaulled at some point, but it is considerably
low on my task list at the moment. If you want to review and fix, by all
means send me a patch.

Please be aware the server has been replaced. Anything that worked prior
to September is not guaranteed to work now. I am still working though
the issues and don't expect everything to be back online just yet.

In this case OpenThought hadn't been installed on the server, which I've
now done.
