group window reports in summary

It would be nice/helpful if the reports
in the PASS Summary matrix on www.cpantesters.org
had Windows(Cygwin) and Windows(Win32) results in
adjacent columns.  As is, the table is limited in
width so it is not possible to have both Windows
platform results in view at the same time.
