I'm asking because the CPAN Testers Reports
site shows as excellent so I would have
expected the reports to have been processed
already. If not, maybe there is a some
sort of race condition where it is possible
to submit a report but it won't actually
make it into the database.
For this, the reports never appeared but after
re-testing the reports were accepted. It seems
there may be a window between the posting of
a new release to PAUSE where the report is
lost for some reason.
