That seems OK considering how it is difficult to use IPC on Windows.

Anyway, it would be great if the maintainer use something like Devel-AssertOS to
validate if the tests should run in the host OS or not. I did that with
Win32-SqlServer-DTS and got nice NA reports results in OS's that the
distribution will simple not work
(http://www.cpantesters.org/distro/W/Win32-SqlServer-DTS.html#Win32-SqlServer-DTS-0.09).

That's look like exactly what I need. I'll try that and let you know.
Maybe the tutorial on CPAN smoking tests could include that (being honest, I
didn't checked the POD of CPAN::Reporter::Smoker), specially the Win32::Job
information.

Considering my RTFM syn, I'm volunteer to update the wiki, if possible, with
this information. :-)
