The test report I posted indicates he's using Perl 5.16.2, which seems pretty "new" to me.
Thanks for the explanation though. So is this an issue that is unavoidable in smokers testing with Windows 7? I'm just wondering if I could be trying to provide some suggestions to the individual running that smoker, or if it's a lost cause.
