I've set up a cpan-testers organization on Github and will start transferring my CT related repos there.
Anyone who would like to do the same should let me know your github ID and I can add you as an admin, which will give you the ability to transfer in your repository(ies). Anyone interested just in contributing code to repos should let me know your github ID and I'll add you as a member with push/pull rights.
