If some intrepid soul wanted to compile up perl with MSVC2013 (free!)
and smoke with it and nmake, that would certainly generate some useful

compile with MSVC. He is NANIS on CPAN.
That's what I use. However I don't run it permanently because it's so
broken that I need to watch it. I'd love to run App::SmokeBox::Mini on
it...
