operation of generating test reports for new versions of CPAN
distributions across Perl versions and operating systems. This is not
the place for discussion of problems one finds in building or testing
individual CPAN distributions.
I'd suggest reporting this on either a general Perl discussion list such
as perlmonks.org or filing a bug ticket at
https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Name=Term-ReadLine-Gnu.
