With the term desynchronized you have the right touch. But no,
desynchronized are not the testers but the processing after the test.
Visit the link at the bottom labeled "Matrix via log.txt", also known as
the fast-matrix. That link knows about the amount of testing nearly
instantly before processing the reports themselves. The processing steps
after the delivery of the reports are currently quite a bit behind.
