Github badge

I know that the downside of suggesting anything is that someone will say 
"that's a great idea, why don't you do it", but has anyone thought of, 
or better still implemented, a Github badge of CPAN test results (like 
90% if your module is 10% red on matrix.cpantesters.org) you can put 
into your README.md file?
