CPAN Testers sites will be down for a while today: The database host is moving the machines to a new physical location. It should only be a little while, but it's during my work day so I may not be able to get them back up immediately.
Report sending will fail while the database is down, unfortunately. Fixing that to store incoming reports and send them to the database when it returns could be a nice project if someone would like to get started working on CPAN Testers sites. Doug Bell d...@preaction.me
