Follow-up: It appears that matrix.* pages stopped being updated
sometime on Oct 05 2022. Working from the uploads listings at
https://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.uploads/2022/10/page2.html,
the first uproad I see listed for Oct 05 made it to the matrix ...
