Thanks for letting me know. I've fixed the validation problem Fastly was having 
that prevented it from auto-renewing the *.cpantesters.org 
<http://cpantesters.org/> cert. It's not renewed yet, but it says it's working 
on it.

Until it renews, you can still access the site without TLS on 
http://www.cpantesters.org/distro/E/Excel-Writer-XLSX.html 
<http://www.cpantesters.org/distro/E/Excel-Writer-XLSX.html>
