CPAN Testers:
TonyC pointed out to me that Oracle Cloud
<https://www.oracle.com/cloud/compute/arm/> is giving away free Ampere
(ARMv8) VMs. I didn't believe it until I logged in. You get 4x CPU
cores, 24GB of RAM, and 30GB of HDD running Oracle or Rocky Linux for $0
a month. It get assigned a public IP address and you SSH directly in
after you provide your SSH key. Latency is 17ms from my house in Oregon.
If you need a smoker or another platform to run tests from this is a
pretty great (free) way to do it.
The bonus is that it's an ARM based CPU so it's good for working out
bugs on obscure platforms.
