The CPANtesters database is having considerable problems receiving

This is unfortunate, because on Feb 20 we are scheduled for a monthly

The situation used to be worse some months ago. Currently I observe only
shorter outages (less than ten minutes), but usually several times a day.
Having a retry loop around the sender script will probably help (maybe
it does not have to be as sophisticated as mine:
