It seems that metabase's log.txt file has incomplete distribution
information: where something like "[$AUTHOR/$DIST.tar.gz]" should appear
now often (about 10-20% of all log lines) there's just "[/]", that is an
empty author and distribution. This means that matrix implementations
which parse log.txt (fast-matrix.cpantesters.org and AFAIK
matrix.perl-magpie.org) are now incomplete and may show no results for
some distribution versions.
This does not affect the matrix variant which is linked from MetaCPAN
(fast-matrix2.cpantesters.org) and the old (and instable) variant
(matrix.cpantesters.org).
I suspect it could be connected to the recent outage of the primary CPAN
server, but really don't know. @Doug and others with access to the
cpantesters servers: do you have an idea?
