Ho hum, I was expecting this to respond with an error, warning me that
the name 'C::Scan' was already owned by Ilya, so that I could then
follow up with a justification for the upload. I'm now worried that
perhaps a) the 'name already owned' check does not work, and b) there
may be problems for CPAN.pm or others in having a module with two
owners. Note that I anticipate this is the only C::Scan release I will
perform, and that future updates will come from Ilya again.
The tarball does contain a brief README that will hopefully clarify
these details for humans that read such things.
