It looks like the tests exceeded the limit on the number of semaphore sets
allowed. If you're the administrator of this system you could try editing
/etc/system, rebooting, and trying again.
I suppose I should put something in the README about how much
shared memory and how many semaphore sets are required to successfully run
the tests. I wonder if Makefile.PL could be probe for these limits?
