gbarr has probably sent you the detailed instructions by this time.
Install the module -
run the tests in the t {folder,directory} -
submit a report to cpan_testers through the cpantest script.
All the parsing software expects reports in a certain format but the
cpantest script automates that. As a courtesy, you should send the module
author a copy of a {FAIL,UNKNOWN,NA} report. If the author's address
bounces, advise.
