Thanks for testing. This failure is due to an rsync of 2.5.5 or lower
in version. Snapback2 requires 2.5.6 or higher for full
functionality, though it should still work in "RetainPermissions No"
mode on lower versions.

I guess there would be a way to check for version of support
programs at Makefile.PL time, and I will have to put it in. 8-)
