I have recently uploaded v0.03 of CPAN::Nargile. This provide a script called nargile.pl that lets you run semi-automatic CPAN Smoking without listening to the CPAN Testers mailing list by looking at the 150 most recent uploads at http://www.cpan.org/modules/01modules.mtime.html
